The Grand Traverse Lighthouse is listed on both the National and State Register for Historic Landmarks. The historic site and buildings are leased from the State of Michigan and operated by the Grand Traverse Lighthouse Museum, a 501 (c) 3, Non-Profit. We are solely funded by donations from our supporters and lighthouse admission fees.
